B. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of damage transfer to you upon delivery. Signature confirmation is required for high-value orders.
C. Delays & Customs
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs inspections. Customers are responsible for import fees .
6. Returns & Refunds
A. Eligibility
Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos.
Non-Damaged Returns: Accepted within 14 days for store credit (items must be unused and in original packaging).
B. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
7. Intellectual Property*
Designs & Content: All floral designs, product images, and Site content are owned by FLOWEROF. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Trademarks: Logos and brand names (e.g., “BloomEternity™”) are registered trademarks.
8. Limitation of Liability
