Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos.
Non-Damaged Returns: Accepted within 14 days for store credit (items must be unused and in original packaging).
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Designs & Content: All floral designs, product images, and Site content are owned by FLOWEROF. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We are not liable for:
